Overview: Do you want the least pressured creek w/ the most trout? This is the wild trout fishing trip for you! A full day allows us to get to the more remote locations and spend more time on the water, catching more trout!
Beginner Friendly!
Duration: will vary depending on the time of the year but on average this trip lasts 10 hours.
Gear: You don’t need any gear to do one of our trips, but if you already have fly fishing gear, we recommend a shorter, lightweight rod, nothing larger than an 8’6″ 4wt fly rod. If you would like to rent gear from us, you should see that option listed in the checkout process.
Details: We’ll begin this trip in the morning but not too early. There is no rush to beat other fishermen to these locations given their remote nature. If you want to spend most of your time fishing, we’ll keep it to one creek. If you want a sampler, we can hit two or three creeks in a day.
Activity: As with all of our trips, the terrain is often rugged and steep. You should be in good physical shape for this trip, but we can usually find a creek to accommodate most folks for the half-day trips.
No fly fishing gear is required. We will supply it for you, if needed! Choose that option in the checkout process.
Since this is a full-day trip, we recommend that you bring water, lunch, or snacks. We also suggest bringing a dry pair of socks and shoes to change into after the trip.
